COOWIN® has advanced production equipment and complete operating procedures. Each production process follows a fixed standard and is conducted under the supervision of the quality inspection department.
COOWIN® production can be divided into the following steps: raw material mixing, granulating, extruding, cooling molding, sanding, brushing, length fixing, cleaning, and packing. All qualified products will be sent to the warehouse for shipment.
Wood powder, HDPE, additives, and pigment will be mixed together in the blender mixer. Then, the mixture will be sent into the granulation machine and crushed as small particles. After cooling, WPC particles will be bagged.
The WPC particle will be sent to the extruding machine, extruding at 170℃, and be shaped by mold. Then, the finished product will be cut to the set length and placed in order.
Sanding, brushing, 3D wood grain...the surface of COOWIN® WPC products will be treated in different ways according to customers' demands. After surface treatment, every piece of board will be cut precisely. And cross-section is strictly required to be flat and smooth.
COOWIN® laboratory has 10 kinds of checkout types of equipment, every batch of raw material and product will be sent here and pass through rigorous tests.
When production starts, COOWIN® inspectors will do a spot check in every process 24 hours to ensure various indexes are qualified, then send the samples to the laboratory for further test.
COOWIN® pallet uses 60mm thickness H-beams that are reliable when pallets transporting. Product cover 5mm hard carton and high-density rain cloth to ensure enough water resistance. Every piece of the product is required to be dust-free and placed in order. The pallet is covered by three layers of stretch film, carton, and rain cloth, then fastened by packing straps. After packaging, we will put the shipping mark that contains items, color, length, and quantity. The packaging process is under the monitoring of the QA/QC system. Acceptable product will post QA-PASS seal.
All the forklift drivers are strictly trained and have more than 10 year's loading experience. we put safe and precise as the first consideration when loading. Every step will be carried out orderly.
